Ukulele & Violin Stand - GS-1650

Ukulele & Violin Stand
( Foldable )

  1. ADM Foldable Extra Light Large Music Stand from Bizarkdeal

I just got this really nice music stand from Flanger. My daughter is in the high school advanced band and she is practicing music just about every night at home. Usually she tries to prop her music up on her dresser but it's usually a pain to get it to stay where she needs it to play properly. I was so excited to try out this great music stand. It's made of durable metal. Has adjustable pieces that allow you to make it shorter or taller, much like a tripod for a camera, you can open and lock them into place. You have a plastic stand to put your music on. Just slide it onto the mount on the stand. It has pieces that fold out to put your music. You can do a single sheet and it also accommodates my daughters large music folder so there is a lot of versatility in it. Tripod style at the bottom gives it a sturdy base. You can fold it all up though and it comes with a nice canvas travel bag with handles that make it easy to take it with you if you want to travel with it or take it to events or class. She has been using it for several days now and loves it, really has helped her to play better at home when she is practicing.

  2. These will be used to tune the violin most of the time. Twist the fine tuner clockwise for making the sound "sharper" and anti-clockwise to be "flatter" (lower). violin tuner

  3. In making this site, I'm hoping to share that spark and passion for music with players of all ages. violin teacher

City Music (M) Sdn Bhd History

The initiation of City Music (M) Sdn Bhd was affiliated to a company that was started in 1944, during the Second World War as a retail Company, as well as a service centre for musical instruments and pianos, in particular.
In 1968, with the second generation in-line, a Company was started in Singapore. And in 1973, City Music (M) Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia at Ampang Park Shopping Centre, which was then a premier shopping centre in Kuala Lumpur. From a retailing store, City Music (M) Sdn Bhd gradually turns into an importing and wholesaling company, representing many prestigious brands of pianos, organs, keyboards, guitars , etc. Due to expansion, City Music (M) Sdn Bhd was relocated to a new location in Ampang Point, with its own 5-storey building on its 18th Anniversary.
With the many changes happening, such as the introduction of music education in schools, City Music (M) Sdn Bhd progresses on to specialize on musical instruments that is suitable for use in Schools, as well as well-affordable musical instruments for the general public, in contradiction to the old belief that music is only for the rich and wealthy.
